Yup, I want to share something to you...
I got my first day of Independent teaching on August 28 π
Yupp... I was handling laboratory activity in St. Damian.
Whoaa... They were very active on doing their activity.
Well.. The first step, I have to give them a pre-lab activity, and let them doing experiment based on the procedure that they have.

I used format from Indonesia to create my daily lesson plan activity.
And, on August 30 I am starting teaching in the class room
I am delivering about current carrying wire.

Procedures of Teaching, Time Management, and Organizing Activities.
The
first step, I must prepare lesson plans and materials that I will use in
teaching exercises, my mentor also helps me in the process of making lesson
plans. In the consultation process, my mentor always gives input when there are
shortcomings or irregularities in the learning plan that I made.
Then

If I find any difficulties when making lesson plans, I consult it with my mentor. When teaching, if students are noisy, I make my voice louder. If students are too passive, I direct them to do discussion activities, then occasionally I ask all students to read important concepts together with loud voice.
